BMX Street Style on Omotesando

Photo of a man sitting on a BMX bike wearing denim street style fashion on
    Omotesando Street in Tokyo

Early to mid 2000s image from Boon Magazine.
The accompanying caption describes the photo as "Choppiri Otona na Skater" - meaning the fashion theme is a slightly mature skater style.

When I first arrived in Tokyo, I was a little surprised how much Ura Harajuku was influenced by skate culture... because that was already so familiar to me before arriving in Japan.
Anyway... I will write more about that later.

The jacket and hooded top are by FAT Tokyo and shoes by VANS.

I actually used to live just a few doors away from FAT's Harajuku store around the time of this photo.
